It was a great honor to have the opportunity to share on stage my business and my vision for Philanthropy.
From a business perspective, we look at a company’s vision, mission, leadership team, business plan, strategy, financials, and projections. From a personal perspective, I look at the PEOPLE who have the potential to make the world a better place. It’s clear that participation in making the world better has become a non-negotiable commitment and responsibility.
I believe People and Relationships always come first! I’ve stayed laser-focused on building a culture of meaningful relationships and partnerships in my business. Strong relationships are the backbone of sustainable business. It's about people, first and foremost; the business benefits are secondary.
I build my business alongside my involvement in philanthropy. As I accelerate growth and build my company culture, I advocate for causes that I care about. It comes from within.
As my business grows, so does my involvement in philanthropy. I believe that anyone can be a philanthropist, regardless of status or net worth. Be a voice for causes you care about. Be a Leader for the change that you want to see in the world. Be a part of something bigger than yourself. Help achieve that larger purpose.
